Asaki International Co., Ltd. guarantees products purchased in Thailand only for a period of 1 year, and only certain product groups have a time limit from the date of purchase.

The duration of the product warranty

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase as indicated on the official receipt.
Should any product quality issues arise during the warranty period, customers are required to present the original receipt as proof of purchase in order to request a product exchange or return.

* Warranty durations differ depending on the product and are determined in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.

*If the product is found to have no damage covered under the warranty terms, the company will return the product to the customer.

Claims Process

1. Scan the QR Code found on the product box.

2. Take clear photos and videos of the damaged or defective product.

3. Submit a claim by providing details about the damage and your purchase. Please include the photos and videos, and complete the product warranty registration form.

4. Send the damaged product back to the company. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs.

5. Processing time is about 5–7 business days (excluding holidays) after we receive the returned product. The product will be inspected again.

6. Replacement or repaired product will be shipped to the customer once the inspection and repair process is complete.
